10 Years ago I began my career as a commercial photographer. After being commissioned to photograph several weddings I quickly realized how much I enjoyed the experience. It is a unique opportunity to share a special day with the couple and their family. A day of enjoyment, fun and love.

After months of preparation the wedding day fly’s by in the blink of an eye. I believe this is why beautiful photographs act as a permanent, important reminder and keepsake for you and your family.

On your wedding day you spend a lot of time with your photographer. I understand that on top of the excitement and nerves of the wedding, the last thing you want to worry about is the pressure of posing for photographs. This is why I take the time in your initial meeting to really get to know and reassure you. To understand your expectations and sense of style.

I endeavour to create a fun, relaxed environment on your wedding day which I think, provides beautiful and honest photos. Capturing your personality, your style.

My photographs are fresh, stylish, contemporary, classic and above all else…fun!

I also feel it is important for you to own your own negatives. This gives you the control to reproduce them as you desire. I include your negatives in the package.

I want you to be able to look back on your photos in years to come and still think they look classic and beautiful. - Danielle Ashcroft

"We went to see many of the big wedding photography studios. It wasn't until we met Danielle that we truly felt comfortable with her being our photographer. We loved her style and we were delighted with the results. We particularly liked having our own negatives included in the package. We chose our favourite photo and copied it to send out as our thank you card. Every one loved it!" (Zoe: Wedding July 2004.)
